BOOK MEETINGS
- Connect to your account
- Click on PARTICIPANTS and search promising contacts, partners
- Click on the button BOOK MEETING to request the person for a dedicated face-to-face
NOTE: You could customize the request thanks to the mailing box proposed via the system
ACCEPT/REFUSE MEETINGS
You receive a notification via email of a booking' request.
- Read the participant' description
- Interested? Click on ACCEPT and fix time and day for this meeting.
- No interest? Click on REJECT
NB : only accepted meetings are scheduled.
YOUR SCHEDULE/AGENDA?
You can at any time review the accepted meetings online by clicking on the tab "MEETINGS".
ANY CHANGE? MODIFICATION?
AT THE EVENT
Our staff will be present during the whole matchmaking event to check that your meeting runs according to schedule, ring the bell, reschedule meetings (if possible).
AFTER THE EVENT
You will receive a feedback form following the B2B meetings. Please, evaluate each meeting you had. All data remain confidential.
